Egypt Gift Tours Egyptology guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza on time. Once you enter the Giza plateau area, you will be able to go very close to the Great Pyramid of Cheops, and staring at that massive structure, you will realize that your dream of visiting the only surviving wonder of the ancient world came true.
Your guide will provide you with historical insights into those 4600 years old tombs. Passing through the pyramids of Chephren and Menkaure, you will stop to click some photos of all the pyramids together. In that part of the Sahara Desert area, you will also have the chance to ride a camel, take nice clicks and have a lot of desert fun (optional).
After these pyramids, we visit the Valley Temple – The place where the priests mummified the dead body of king Chephren, owner of the second pyramid at Giza Plateau. It is also the place where you can have a close-up look at the Sphinx; the legendary guardian that stands by the huge funeral complex with its lion body and the head of king Chephren. This mysterious monument was carved to symbolize the pharaoh’s power and wisdom.
After this great tour, you will have the chance to go to a papyrus institute to see how the Egyptians produced this genuine artwork thousands of years ago.
Proceed to the Pyramid of Djoser, the world’s oldest major stone structure, in Saqqara. This pyramid was built during the reign of the Third Dynasty of Ancient Egypt 4,800 years ago. Also visit the tombs of the Nobles in Saqqara and learn more about the daily life of ancient Egyptian noblemen.
Then transfer to the south and visit the Red Pyramid and Bent pyramid at Dahshur. This is a famous royal necropolis in Egypt located in the desert on the West Bank of the Nile approximately 40 kilometers (25 mi) south of Cairo. It is known chiefly for many famous pyramids two of which are among the oldest, largest and best preserved in Egypt, built from 2613–2589 BC; the red and bent Pyramids of King Snefru.
Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant (optional). Then transfer back to your hotel in Cairo or Giza to pick your luggage to be transferred to Giza train station to catch the overnight sitting train to Aswan (available to upgrade to a sleeping train with extra charge 80$ USD per person).

Once you arrive at Aswan train station, you will be met and assist at Aswan railway station to be transferred by A/C car to your 5 stars Nile Cruise to check in before lunch. Have lunch on board.
Then, start your tour by visiting the High Dam; achieved in 1960 to protect Egypt from the flood and generate electric. Proceed to visit the Greco Roman temple dedicated to goddess Isis using a small motorboat to get there. Later on, return back to your cruise for dinner, folkloric show, and Overnight in Aswan.
Note: If your arrival to Aswan is so early, so we will start the tour direct upon arrival since the cruise check-in time at 12:00 and we don’t want our guest to waste their time waiting at the lobby for check-in.

Around 4 to 4:30 am, your guide will pick you up for Abu Simbel trip ( sharing a group in a bus or minibus). Arrive around 8 am, to visit one of the most impressive places in Egypt; the rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel with their unique design built for King Ramesses 2nd. and his beloved Queen Nefertari. Back to the Cruise around 2 to 2:30 pm to have your lunch and sailing heading to Kom Ombo city
Arrive at Kom Ombo city, late in the afternoon where to visit the dual temple of Sobek, the crocodile God and Horus, the Falcon God. Back to the cruise and have dinner. Continue sailing to Edfu for overnight.
Note: The cruise options for Sundays and Thursdays start sailing to Kom Ombo in the early morning of day 4 around 5 am. We will do all the excursions mentioned in the itinerary but in different order according to the cruise schedule.

Around 5:30 to 6 am, enjoy Horse Carriage ride with your tour guide to visit the temple of Horus at Edfu which is considered to be the most complete and the best preserved of all the Egyptian temples. Return to the cruise to have your breakfast and start sailing. Relax on the deck watching the unique landscape and admire the beautiful scenery of the Nile river while sailing to Luxor. Cross Esna Lock, lunch on board and afternoon tea on the sundeck.
Late in the afternoon, arrive at Luxor dock, to be transferred to enjoy Luxor Temple on the East bank of Luxor; where ancient Egyptian, Christian and Islamic features are exhibited. Dinner on board and belly dancing show. Overnight in Luxor.
Note: if your arrival at Luxor dock by 3:00 or 3:30 pm, then we have chance to visit both Karnak and Luxor Temples but if it arrives a bit later, we will visit only Luxor temple.

Breakfast and check out at 8 am to start your remarkable day by driving to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings, where the pharaohs from the New kingdom carved their tombs in the mountains aiming to hide their treasure and protect their mummies.
Continue to the Mortuary temple of the famous queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari. End your tour in the West Bank by a photo stop in front of the gigantic statues of Memnon. Lunchtime in a local restaurant (optional).
Back to the East Bank to see the largest temple ever; Karnak temple built through 2000 years and covering an area of about 63 acres. Get lost among its massive halls and pillars, feel the spirit of the ancient Egyptian Gods surrounding you.
Finally, transfer to Luxor railway station to catch your overnight first class sitting train back to Cairo.

Once you arrive a Giza or Cairo train station, you will find our driver holding a sign with your name to transfer to your hotel in Cairo or Giza. (please, provide us with your hotel name and address in Cairo or Giza for the drop off transfer).
