This morning, your private guide will pick you up around 8 am, for a full day tour of the pyramids at Giza , Saqqara and Dahshur. Start by visiting the Giza Plateau to explore the world famous pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, Mycrenos and Sphinx; these structures that have stood tall for 4500 years. Discover the beauty of the Sphinx, one of the largest monolith statues in the history of mankind, enjoy the views and take remarkable pictures. You’ll find your local Egyptology guide a wealth of knowledge and full of enthusiasm about Egyptian history, and their country in general. At the end of the day, drive back to your hotel in Cairo or Giza
After this great tour, you will have the chance to go to a papyrus institute to see how the Egyptians produced this genuine artwork thousands of years ago. Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant.
Proceed to Saqqara, located only 27 km southwest away from Cairo. Visit the Step Pyramid (Built for King Zoser), the world’s oldest major stone structure, in Saqqara, it is considered an important part of the pyramid evolution, which were made from the simple mastaba to its widely known form. This pyramid was built during the reign of the Third Dynasty of Ancient Egypt 4,800 years ago. Also visit the Tombs of the Nobles in Saqqara and learn more about the daily life of ancient Egyptian noblemen.
You will continue to explore and then transfer to the south and visit the Red Pyramid and Bent pyramid at Dahshur. This is a famous royal necropolis in Egypt located in the desert on the West Bank of the Nile approximately 40 kilometers (25 mi) south of Cairo. It is known chiefly for many famous pyramids two of which are among the oldest, largest and best preserved in Egypt, built from 2613–2589 BC; the red and bent Pyramids of King Snefru.
At the end of the day, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Cairo or Giza.

Day 2: Egyptian Museum, Cairo Citadel and Coptic Cairo
Pick up at 8 am, then drive towards the Egyptian Museum of antiquities, home to the fantastic Tutankhamun exhibit, see his golden mask and many of the New Kingdom royal mummies, lose yourself in the many rooms and galleries full of thousands of artifacts.
Continue to the Citadel of Salah El Din, built on famous hill AlMoqattam in Cairo, that was constructed for military purposes, for protecting Cairo from incoming threats. Since then, it became a residence of the king of Egypt for many centuries. On this tour, you will visit the beautiful Mohamed Ali known as Alabaster Mosque. Political event called “Massacre of the Citadel” happened in the Citadel in 1811, where Mohamed Ali, the ruler of Egypt (1805-1849) murdered Mameluke leaders in Qasr ElGawhara palace, and it’s not currently opened for visits. Then, lunch at a local restaurant.
Then, visit to the Old Cairo that is known as Christian Coptic Cairo. It is among the most important locations visited by the Holy Family where the spiritual impact of their presence is sill felt.
Discover gilded icons and holy relics in an Old City Coptic church. Visit the Church of Abu Serga (St. Sergious) was built as a prime landmark for many tourists. This, and the whole area of the Fort of Babylon, is a destination of pilgrimage not only for Egyptians but for Christians from around the world. An air of piety and devotion permeates the whole district here. You will also get to learn about the old Jewish synagogue – Ben Ezra Synagogue.
Finally, you will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo or Giza.
