Set out from your Sharm El Sheikh hotel for a full-day snorkeling adventure to Ras Mohammed National Park, one of Egypt’s most famous marine protected areas. Known for its spectacular coral reefs, clear turquoise water, and diverse underwater life, the park offers snorkelers a chance to glide over vibrant reefs and explore dramatic seascapes like reef gardens, sheltered channels, and deeper drop-offs.
This trip is a perfect match for travelers who want a memorable mix of easy-to-enjoy snorkeling, guided marine spotting, and breathtaking views from the boat—all without needing technical diving experience. Whether you’re seeing coral fish for the first time or you’re an experienced snorkeler, Ras Mohammed delivers that “wow” feeling almost immediately.
Ras Mohammed National Park is one of the most renowned marine reserves in the world, located at the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula where the Gulf of Suez and the Gulf of Aqaba meet. A snorkeling trip here is a highlight of any visit to Sharm El Sheikh.
Be collected at your accommodation in Sharm by a modern air-conditioned mini-bus. Take for a short drive to the Ras Mohammed National Park. Your guide will tell you interesting facts on the way there.
Have the opportunity to go snorkeling in Egypt’s most beautiful reef. Marvel at a remarkably colorful underwater world. Mangroves are the only trees that grow in salt water. In the Ras Mohammed National Park, you can find these unique trees that are actually native to Central Africa.
Discover the Magic Lake, a large deep lake suitable for swimming. The Bedouin gave his name to the magic lake and you will learn fantastic stories about him. After your snorkeling experience at the Ras Mohammed National Park, be returned to your accommodation in time for dinner.
