Payment Policy:

Egypt Gift Tours gives you different options for paying the cost of your desired activities; you can use any of the following payment methods:

  1.  By Bank Wire transfer.

  2. Cash upon Arrival at the airport- with conditions.

  3. Via Western Union- with conditions.

  4. Online Payment,using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)

Please note that a wire-transfer incurs bank transfer-fees (on both sides). You will need to ensure your payment covers these fees.

How to make a Booking: 

  • You can book any one of our tours online by selecting the name of the tour you wish to join and filling in the booking form and sending it to us. Email us at info@egyptgifttours.com.
  • We can also tailor-make your desired holiday package. Please email us your request to info@egyptgifttours.com and someone from our sales team will reply with a range of options and advice.
  • Reservations should be made as early as possible especially if you are travelling in the peak season (Christmas and Easter).
  • Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt a deposit of 25% of the full price. This payment will be 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare. This deposit counts as part of your final payment within at least 15 days prior to arrival date (we will send you a receipt to confirm receiving your deposit). The remaining 75% or 50% to be paid upon your arrival.
  • Do note that bookings can’t be confirmed without a completed booking form and the relevant documentation requested on said form.

Online Payment,using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)

After booking and receiving the confirmation ticket email and order number,you will need to provide us with your first name, family name and email address to prepare you the invoice link to pay online. You can pay a deposit as a confirmation with specific amount of 25% or 50% or even full payment. (there will bank transiation fees)

Payment by Credit Card Upon arrival:

If paying by credit card, you can pay upon arrival using a credit card(Visa or MasterCard) with 3% to 5% as extra charge for the bank commission.

Payment by Monthly Installments:

Egypt Gift Tours offers you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your tours, Nile cruise, or other travel packages in monthly installments:
You will pay an agreed upon amount every month, determined by the total cost of the tour booked to pay the deposit in 6 monthly installments leading up to your arrival. 

Cancellation:

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

More than 40 days before your arrival, 6% of the deposit paid will be charged as a bank transaction fee.
Between 40 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to airline’s cancellation policy.

Emergency Cancellation Policy

Egypt Gift Tours offers a highly flexible cancellation policy in case your government or the airline cleared a travel warning from/to your departure country and Egypt. If that happened, we would be refunding you the amount paid for the booked holiday, or in some cases, your payment will be a credit for future holiday to Egypt. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months. Reservations will be adjusted to reflect these travel credits automatically. Only the change/cancellation fees will be applied for flights according to the airline’s terms and conditions.

We as Egypt Gift Tours prioritize your well-being, health, and safety. For that reason, we’ve amended our cancellation policy; also, we’ve modified our procedures to develop the global health and safety protocols to match the recommendations (WTTC), to reflect our interests and values towards our Guests

Refunds:

  • A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment. 

  • No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.

  •  No refund for any reason once the trip has begun, unless through our fault or you don’t receive the trip you paid for.

  • No refund for unused hotel room, meals, sightseeing or any other changes once the trip begins.

Accommodation:

All hotel accommodations, prices are based on double occupancy (two persons sharing a room). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional of supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published prices are inclusive of tariffs and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

Flights:
Domestic Flights:

The programs quote the average price of flights with approximate timings. Requests for specific flight times or changes to previously booked reservations may result in changes to the total price of the package.

International Flights

Egypt Gift Tours can assist you with international flights if needed.

Prices:

The price is based on the most current information on costs in Egypt and on the rate of currency exchange. If there are significant changes in either of these things, we may have to increase the cost of the trip. We will always inform you of this, if it is necessary, as far in advance of the trip as possible. If we have to increase the cost of the trip 10% or more, we will let you cancel your trip without any penalty.

What the Tour Price Does Not Include:

Rounded-trip air travel between your home and Egypt , airport arrival/departure taxes on such travel, the cost of your Egyptian visa, personal insurance, personal items such as beverages at meals, food or snacks at times other than your meal included on the itinerary, laundry, telephone, fax or Internet/E-mail access charges, film, fees for taking photographs or videos in certain locations, fees for changing money, medical expenses, excess baggage fees, customs duties, shopping and tips or gratuities.

Entrance Fees to the Sightseeing in Egypt:

All our Egypt Day tours, tour packages and programs don’t include the entrance fees to all the archaeological sites mentioned in the itineraries.

Responsibility:

We are not reliable for delays, inconveniences accidents, injuries, or expenses of any kind resulting entirely, or in part, from the negligence of others or from causes beyond our control. Participants assume all risks of personal injury and aggravation  of any medical condition related in any way to the activities of the tour.

Baggage:

You carry your baggage at your own risk, throughout the tour. Excess and over-sized baggage charges are your responsibility. Baggage and other personal property are the responsibility of the owner and we are not liable for any loss.

We recommend you use the hotel safes to store anything valuable including passports, cameras and money. Egypt Gift Tours accepts no responsibility for any lost or stolen belongings. We do not recommend you leave any valuables in the mini – vans or coaches while sightseeing.  

Medical Responsibility:

It is your responsibility to determine whether the tour you choose is suited to your physical condition. You are responsible for the cost of any medicines or medical care you may require during the trip for any reason. Please, make sure you have adequate personal medical insurance to meet any medical emergency which might arise. In some cases, if you need medical care during the tour, you may required to pay for it at the time it is rendered and seek reimbursement from your insurer after you return home. Please, check with your medical insurer for details. In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to assist you in obtaining necessary care and, if necessary assist you in making arrangements to transfer funds from home to pay for it. Also, please tell us if you suffer from any allergies or other physical conditions which might affect you during the tour. We reserve the right to decline any person as a member of the tour, or to decline to retain any person, if such person’s physical condition, mental well-being or behavior interferes with the operation of the tour. There will be no refund in such cases.

Free Time:

Certain periods during the tour are, or will be designated as”free time”. These periods are provided primarily to give you a chance to rest and relax. You are; however free to use the time as you wish. We will be happy to give you some information about things to do or to see, but we do not accept responsibility for any loss, accident or injury which occurs while you are not with the group.

Special Requests:

If the Client has any special requests, he should inform company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to satisfy such requests, but, as these do not form part of the contract, the company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to fulfill it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings, which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.

Children Policy:

* Policy 1: for packages, Nile cruises, and hotels:

  • Under 2 years old: free of charge.(except with the airfare tours)
  • Under 6 years old: 25% of total tour cost for an individual
  • Under 12 years old: 75% of total tour cost for an individual
  • A child from 5 to 11 years old accompanied by one adult will be treated as an adult.
  • All children 12 or older are considered adults.
  • If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.

* Policy 2: for sightseeing tours & shore excursions

  • Under 6 years old: free of charge
  • Under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an individual
  • All children 12 or older are considered adults.
  • If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights or ferry boat, an extra supplement for your child may apply.

All children under 12 years old are sharing their parents room.

Participation By Minors:

  • Persons under 12 years old, may take this tour only if they are sharing with a parent, schools, universities or legal guardian. There can be no exception to this policy.
  • Minors under the age of 12 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website. 

Tipping:

Tipping is customary for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise you to tip as you are willing. This will be greatly appreciated by staff, but you are not obligated to do so.

Complaints:

If you have any complaints while you are in Egypt, please notify (Egypt Gift Tours) (info@egyptgifttours.com) immediately because most problems can be solved quickly. If you feel that your problem persists call the chairman of the company while you are still on your tour.

Travel Documents:

Travelers must have a valid passport that will not expire for at least 15 days after the end of the trip. You should consult immigration authorities in your home country regarding re-entry requirements. A visa is required to travel in Egypt. You will need to obtain an individual visa from the Egyptian Airport.

Acceptance of the agreement:

The contract constituted by the company’s acceptance of the client’s booking, subject to these booking conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. The payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted stated Egypt Gift Tours and affiliated websites terms and conditions and agree to abide by
