We recently booked a Nile Cruise from Luxor to Aswan with Egypt Gift Tours, and our experience was absolutely amazing thanks to the incredible service provided by Heba Haggag and our outstanding tour guide Hatem Ibrahim. Traveling as a group of 7, we were initially concerned about accommodating everyone’s needs, but Heba and Hatem went above and beyond to ensure our trip was smooth, enjoyable, and tailored to our preferences.
From the moment we made contact, Heba was highly responsive and flexible, making sure every detail of our trip was perfectly arranged. They even provided room upgrades on the cruise, which was a delightful surprise! This extra touch made our experience all the more luxurious and comfortable. Heba’s attention to detail and dedication to customer service were evident throughout our journey.
One of the highlights was how they accommodated our group’s different preferences when visiting Abu Simbel. Four of us wanted to fly while the other three took the included bus transfer, and Heba seamlessly arranged everything to make sure both groups had an equally fantastic experience. This level of flexibility was truly impressive.
Our guide, Hatem Ibrahim, was truly exceptional. He was not only knowledgeable about Egypt’s rich history but also very attentive to our group’s needs, making sure we were comfortable at every step. His enthusiasm and passion for Egyptian culture added so much value to the tours of the temples and sites along the Nile. Hatem was always open to adjusting the schedule to fit our pace, which we greatly appreciated.
Heba was also in constant contact with us via WhatsApp before, during, and even after the tour, checking in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. She kept us updated about who our next driver was for the included transfers, which made us feel very well taken care of and gave us peace of mind throughout the trip.
We highly recommend Egypt Gift Tours for anyone looking to explore the beauty of Egypt with a team that genuinely cares about making your trip unforgettable. Thank you, Heba and Hatem, for creating such a memorable experience for us!
